Who's behind this
Panda SEO Tools is run by me, Francisco. There's no team behind it and no account manager: the person you talk to on day one is the same one who sends you the report every month.
Where I work
I'm based in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol. If you'd rather talk face to face, we can meet at C. de la Vaguada, 38, 29688 Estepona (Málaga), by appointment. Most of the work happens at a laptop anyway, going through your site and your Google profile.
What working together looks like
I write to you myself, not an assistant or a canned email template. If something's not clear over email, I'll call you or we'll jump on a video call. And if at any point something isn't working the way you expected, tell me early. It's a lot easier to change course in week three than in month six.
Why "Panda"
The name comes from one of Google's quality updates, the one that went after pages padded out with filler. The idea still holds: if a page doesn't say anything concrete, it doesn't need to exist.
