This is what I charge, with no "request a quote" form in the way. Prices are shown + VAT because they're aimed at businesses and sole traders; further down I explain how it works if you're a private individual.

A base for 2-5 properties or listings: Google Business Profile(s), landing pages, and a season-aware focus. Scales per additional property rather than a flat price, because a 3-property portfolio and a 20-property one shouldn't cost the same.

Terms
- A 3-month initial commitment, not 12. That's the least it takes to get a first real read on indexing and rankings. After that it's month to month, with 30 days' notice whenever you want to stop.
- Prices on this page are shown +VAT (21%), as is standard between businesses. If you're contracting as a private individual, the proposal I send you shows the final price with VAT already included.
- Payment is by bank transfer. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance, at the start of each month; the first invoice is due before work starts. The one-off audit is paid upfront, and work begins once payment’s confirmed and I’ve got the basic details from you.
