So your site competes with the portals, not just depends on them

One of your properties can end up on three or four portals at once, plus your own site, often with the same description copied and pasted everywhere. Google reads that as duplicate content, and your own site ends up competing for visibility against the very portals you’re also paying to appear on. The point here is giving your site something of its own to say: pages built around each area, a properly run business listing, and content that doesn’t exist anywhere else.

What's included for your portfolio

  • Pages built around each area or development (Estepona centre, Nueva Andalucía, Puerto Banús, or wherever you actually work).
  • A Google Business Profile for the agency, with the category and service area properly defined.
  • A review of duplicate content between your site, your property listings and the portals.
  • Keywords by property type and area, not just "real estate agent + city".

What you pay

Estate agencies go on the same Sector Package as rental managers: from €650/month + VAT (€786.50 with VAT) for 2 to 5 active properties, and €120/month + VAT (€145.20 with VAT) for each one beyond that. The first 3 months are the initial commitment; after that it’s month to month with 30 days’ notice. Full detail on Pricing.

This is for agencies, not a single listing

It fits if you're running an active portfolio of properties and want your own site to generate enquiries, not just the portals. Also if several people on your team publish listings and the result is a site full of repeated or careless text.

Where it doesn't fit

It doesn't make much sense if you're only handling two or three one-off properties with no site of your own yet; in that case you're probably better off starting with an audit.

The duplicate listing problem

When the same property shows up on several portals with the same text, none of those pages really offers anything the others don’t, and your own site is usually the one that comes off worst, because the bigger portals carry more weight with Google. This isn’t about pulling your listings off the portals; they still bring in enquiries. It’s about your site having what they don’t: your own descriptions, your own photos, and local context no portal is going to write for you.

How your listings look when shared

The Open Graph preview shows how a property's card comes out when you share it on WhatsApp or social media: title, description and the image frame, roughly as the person receiving it would see it before clicking.
