So Google, and now AI too, can read your site without tripping over it
Technical SEO is the work nobody sees, and it decides whether anything else matters: if Google can't crawl your site properly, it doesn't matter how good the content is. I check speed, crawl errors, how your site is indexed, heading structure and structured data, and leave it in a state Google can read without effort.
What I check and fix
- Page speed, and what's slowing it down (unoptimised images, scripts you don't need, a slow server).
- Crawl and indexing errors: pages Google can't find, or finds but discards.
- Robots.txt and sitemap, reviewed and corrected where needed.
- Clean, consistent heading structure (H1 through H6).
- Structured data (schema) so Google understands what each page is, not just what it says.
Which plan it’s in
Ongoing technical SEO is part of the Growth plan, €550/month + VAT (€665.50/month with VAT). If you're already a client and need a one-off fix outside the plan, it's billed as hourly consulting: €55/hour + VAT (€66.55 with VAT). If you're not a client yet, the usual starting point is the SEO audit. Full plans on Pricing.
See all pricingWhen technical SEO makes sense, and when it doesn’t
It's worth doing if your site takes a while to load, if you suspect Google isn't indexing pages you want it to, or if you've just migrated platforms and something's stopped working the way it used to.
Where it doesn't fit
It's not necessary if you have a simple, newly built site with no known errors; in that case you're probably better off starting with the audit and seeing if there's actually anything to fix.
Being citable in AI answers
More and more searches get answered with an AI-generated summary before the usual list of results. I don't have reliable figures to give you on how often that happens in your sector; nobody really does, since Google doesn't publish them. What I do know is what tends to make a page citable when it happens: structured data done properly, paragraphs that answer one specific question without padding, and clear signals about what your business actually is. It's the same work as regular SEO, with extra care over those details.
Blocking something by accident?
With the Robots.txt generator & tester you can generate or test your robots.txt right in the browser, without uploading anything. Paste yours, try a path, and you'll see whether a rule is blocking it.
