Cancellation & Refunds

This page covers Panda SEO Tools’ paid services: the SEO audit, monthly plans and add-ons. It doesn’t cover the site’s free tools, which are never paid for and so don’t generate any refund.

Once delivered, the audit is a completed service: we’ve done the crawl, written the report and held the agreed review call. If you’re contracting as a business or professional, there’s no refund after delivery, because the service is already complete. If you’re contracting as a consumer and expressly asked us to start before the 14-day withdrawal period ended, the same rule applies once the audit is delivered in full (art. 103.a TRLGDCU). See the example below.

The monthly plan carries an initial 3-month commitment. After that, it continues month to month and you can cancel it with 30 days’ written notice (an email to info@pandaseotools.com is enough) before the next billing cycle. Work already invoiced or in progress at the time of cancellation stands: an already-invoiced month for service already delivered or in progress isn’t refunded.

These two examples are illustrative, to show how the withdrawal right works in practice. They only apply if you’re contracting as a private individual (consumer), not as a business.

Audit: you hire the SEO audit on day 1 and ask us to start immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, giving your express written consent to that. We deliver the complete audit on day 5. From that point you can no longer withdraw: the service was fully performed with your prior consent, under article 103.a TRLGDCU.

Monthly plan: you hire the monthly plan, which carries an initial 3-month commitment, and ask us to start immediately, before the 14 days end. The 3-month commitment doesn’t remove your withdrawal right during those 14 days: if you decide to withdraw on day 8, you only pay the proportional part of the service already delivered up to that point (for example, 8/30 of the first month’s fee) and we refund the rest, under article 108.3 TRLGDCU, with no extra penalty. The 3-month commitment only comes into play if you don’t exercise withdrawal within that period: from then on it applies as an ordinary contract term, with 30 days’ notice to cancel once the 3 months are complete.

If you’re owed a refund, we pay it by bank transfer to the same account you paid from, within 14 calendar days of confirming the withdrawal.

If payment on a monthly plan stops, we pause the work after notifying you in writing. If the non-payment continues past a reasonable period to put it right, we terminate the contract. This is different from a cancellation you request: it’s a consequence of non-payment, not an exercise of your right to cancel.
