Privacy Policy

Note: Last updated: 14 September 2026. This English translation is provided for convenience only. This policy is governed by Spanish law, and in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish-language text prevails.

Data controller

Francisco Antonio Garcia Ordonez, trading as Panda SEO Tools. Address: C. de la Vaguada, 38, 29688 Estepona (Málaga), Spain. Email: info@pandaseotools.com.

Purposes of processing

We process your data to: (a) respond to your free-review request or enquiry through the contact form; (b) manage the resulting business relationship, if you hire a service; (c) meet the legal, tax and accounting obligations that come with that relationship. The site’s free tools don’t process any data of yours: they run entirely in your browser and send us nothing (see the Cookie Policy and each tool’s own notice).

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your form data is your own request: these are pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). When that request turns into a business relationship, the basis becomes performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, for tax and accounting duties, compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR). We don’t use your data for marketing and don’t send commercial communications you haven’t asked for.

Recipients

We don’t share your data with third parties and don’t sell it. The only recipient besides ourselves is the hosting and email provider that hosts this site and manages the info@pandaseotools.com inbox, acting as a data processor under art. 28 GDPR.

Retention period

If your message doesn’t lead to a working relationship, we keep it for a maximum of 12 months and then delete it. If it turns into a client relationship, we keep the correspondence and invoices for as long as the relationship lasts and, once it ends, for 6 more years, as required by article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to its processing, ask that it be restricted, or request portability, by writing to info@pandaseotools.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) if you believe we haven’t handled your data correctly.

International transfers

The hosting and email provider we use may be located inside or outside the European Economic Area. If it’s outside the EEA, processing takes place with the safeguards the GDPR requires for international transfers, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. We’ll update this policy with the provider’s actual name and location once confirmed.

Minors

The site isn’t directed at minors. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 14.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when something relevant changes, for example our hosting provider. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
